Settings
Your viewer page, the new song tag, and queue and per-viewer limits. Change them right here.
Find these under Configuration > Settings. When you're signed in, you can also change them right on this page; changes save to the channel picked in the channel switcher, so mods edit the channel they're working on. Mods can change everything here.
Viewer page
Your viewer page is a public page at /c/<your-url> where viewers browse your library and request songs. Viewers sign in before they request. See Requests and the queue for how those requests are limited.
- Page URL: starts as your Twitch username. Type a new one and click Save URL, or Publish page the first time. URLs that belong to another channel are refused with "That page URL is already taken". Clear the field and save to go back to your Twitch username.
- Copy link: the icon next to the link copies it, ready for your stream title or panels.
- Request switch: pauses and resumes requests. This is the same switch as on Live > Requests, so pausing here also pauses requests from chat.
New song tag
When this is on, every song you add gets a New tag that disappears after the number of days you choose (14 unless you change it, at least 1). Use it to show viewers what you've just learned; they can filter your list by tag on your viewer page.
The tag is set when you add a song, so changing the setting doesn't touch songs already in your library.
Queue limits
These apply to every request from your viewer page and from chat. Leave a field empty, or set it to 0, for no limit.
- Max total requests: how many songs the queue can hold. Without a limit, the queue still stops at 999.
- Max requests per song: how many times one song can be in the queue at once. Set it to 1 to stop duplicates.
- Song cooldown: minutes after a song was played before it can be requested again.
Per-viewer limits
How many songs one viewer can have in the queue at the same time, set separately for non-followers, followers and tier 1, 2 and 3 subscribers. Once a song is played or removed, the viewer can request again.
- Twitch chat uses the viewer's follower and subscriber status.
- YouTube chat counts channel members as tier 1 and everyone else as non-followers.
- The viewer page uses the non-follower limit for everyone.
- Mods and the broadcaster skip every limit when they request from chat, and so does anything you or a mod add from the dashboard.
Edit the numbers, then click Save changes. Reset to defaults clears every limit; nothing is saved until you click Save changes.
Not sure what a combination of limits does? Try it in the request checker on Requests and the queue.
